Deborah Schader
Co-Founder
“Deborah Schader is the founder and president of DAS Concepts for Service Excellence, the director of business development for Psychiatric and Behavioral Health Solutions, LLC, and the co-founder and co-director of SRB Philanthropy Corp.
Ms. Schader brings more than three decades of experience in creating the distinction SERVICE as a distinguisher in a competitive market.
But above all else, Deborah is a mother, a partner, and a friend committed to the well-being and accomplishment of those in her orbit.
Deborah Schader is all about service excellence – a level of execution she cultivated in her previous role as Founder and President of DAS Concepts for Service Excellence. There her visionary leadership grew the company, redefined industry standards and set the bar high for unparalleled service delivery.
These days she’s transferring that commitment to the increasingly competitive and strained healthcare system. More specifically, Deborah is the Managing Director at Psychiatric and Behavioral Health Solutions. At P and BHS, Deborah draws on her wealth of experience in business to forge invaluable connections and foster collaboration with clients and colleagues.
Her focus is consistent: to enhance the delivery of mental health care. Furthering this goal, her impact goes beyond P and BHS. Deborah serves with P and BHS Founder Dr. Steven Budoff as Co-founder and Co-director of SRB Philanthropy Corp., a charitable organization that provides scholarships and education to individuals who are pursuing education or working in the mental health field.
Her commitment to service shows in her love for her work. “I am rewarded daily as I get to channel my passion for service into tangible acts of generosity and goodwill, spearheading initiatives that uplift communities and empower individuals to realize their fullest potential.”
Those very same traits factor into Deborah’s personal life and her most cherished role as mother, partner and friend. With boundless love and unwavering support, she navigates the intricacies of family life, providing support, strength and guidance every day.
For Deborah, her legacy is not defined solely by her professional achievements. Her indomitable spirit to serve and the warmth and compassion she shows to all who know her and work with her loom large in that legacy.
“I’m committed to making the world a better place,” says Deborah. “Providing service excellence in the mental health field is one of the most human ways I know to do this.”
